Tambo Teddies will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher or repair where:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, and you can present your Tambo Teddies receipt or other adequate proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your product.
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and you can present your Tambo Teddies receipt or other adequate proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your product.
Please note colours do vary as sheepskin is a
natural product.
Although Tambo Teddies are a quality handmade product, they do not come with a lifetime guarantee. For damage that is incurred after the 7 day returns period, repair maybe available however the cost of repairs and postage are the responsibility of the owner. Please enquire regarding repair costs. However if a bear is deemed unrepairable we do offer a 20% discount towards the cost of a replacement product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either send you the correct item or issue you a refund. We encourage you to obtain a tracking number and insurance when returning an item(s).
We require that you contact us before returning an item to let us know. Please email us at info@tamboteddies.com.au we will respond within 24 hours.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped express postage shipped via Australia Post from our Toowoomba store. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Each order will receive a tracking number via email from Australia Post on the day your package is sent.
Shipping & handling is $15 New Zealand wide.
International orders are $49.50 and are calculated on weight and Australia Post standards.
For smaller items such as our bickie bears a refund of the international postage fee will be made where applicable. The shipping rate does not include any customs charges. Tambo Teddies has no control over any customs charges imposed and they are the sole responsibility of the customer placing the order.
