Our Teddy Bears
Tambo Teddies are hopping across the ditch to put smiles on the faces of our New Zealand cousins. These quality handcrafted sheepskin teddy bears are created in the middle of Outback Queensland in a tiny town of Tambo.
Each bear is individually crafted from New Zealand and Australian woollen sheepskins. After making Aussies smile for the past thirty years, Tambo Teddies is now reaching out to share the love with our Kiwi relations.
These very appealing, friendly teddy bears come in different styles. There are two teddy families, the Basils and the Tobies; Basils are a traditional teddy bear style, and the Tobies have a chubby physique and come as multi-coloured patch work bears. Tambo Teddies has soft and cuddly Bickie Bears for newborns, Spring lambs for fun or a teddy bear dressed as a Stockman complete with his hat, swag, and stock whip.
Over 68,000 teddy bears have been made and yours will have its own unique number and personality; no two bears are ever the same. All lovingly made, as their character emerges each bear is individually named after an Outback farming property.
